To register a new student to the Daniel Boone Middle School please call Mrs. Williamson, guidance secretary, to make an appointment (610.689.6311). Please be prepared to bring the following to your registration appointment:
- Original birth certificate
- Social Security card
- Latest report card
- Copy of immunizations
- Proof of residency (sales or lease agreement)
- And any other legal documents (special education/custody).
