The Daniel Boone Area School District will hold kindergarten registration for all incoming kindergarten students for the 2010-2011 school year on March 2 and March 4 at Birdsboro Elementary Center, 400 West Second Street, Birdsboro PA.  Registration is for children who will be five years old before September 1, 2010.

Parents should bring the following items to register their child:

1. Child's birth certificate – required at registration.
2. Child's social security card.
3. A copy of the official immunization record signed by your doctor with month, day, & year of each shot – Your child’s doctor will be able to give you a copy of this record - required at registration.    
4. Completed registration forms.
5. Your child will need a physical examination and dental check-up. The physical examination form needs to be completed at the five-year check-up.
6. Proof of residency (agreement of sale, lease, utility bill, or driver’s license)- required at registration.

Registration will be completed by APPOINTMENT ONLY.  Please call us at 610.385.6800 to set up an appointment for registration.  Reservations will be made on a first come first serve basis.  It is important for all parents to secure a time as registration will also be our Parent Orientation to Kindergarten.  It is also important for your child to attend as the information gathered will be used to secure a class placement.  Registration will take place on:

Important – If you did not receive a registration packet in the mail, please call Monocacy Elementary Center at 610.385.6800 to have one sent to you. This packet will include the forms needed to register your child.
