Prom registration payments are now being collected. All registrations and payments are due by March 29. The cost is $65 for individuals and $130 for couples. Couples should fill-out one form to assure they will be seated and checked-in together. See Ms. Jones in room D-7 with any questions.

Daniel Boone Area High School

This past week Eliza Karpiak (10th) and Lauren Sarro (12th) performed in the PMEA Region V Band at Conrad Weiser High School. At the 3-day festival they auditioned and earned spots on the PMEA All-State Band Festival. Eliza and Lauren will be performing with the top student-musicians in the state at the PMEA All-State Conference in Pittsburg on April 3-6. The Daniel Boone Education Association at Daniel Boone Area High School presented a medley of stories to celebrate Dr. Seuss’ birthday and Read Across America this past weekend. The cast did an amazing job of bringing to life characters from Green Eggs and Ham, Horton Hatches an Egg, The Lorax, and How the Grinch Stole Christmas in an effort to grow the Grinch’s heart three sizes in one show. ... Yesterday was national Marching Arts Day (March 4th) and our own Marching Blazers at the high school are set to “march forth” for their 2019-20 season with their kickoff meeting taking place on Wednesday, May 29, 7-9 pm at the HS auditorium.
