I didn't wait for the school to arrange things. We went spring of junior year applied in early fall and were accepted by OCT

I like those ones better than BC. bC is a little too uppity and expensive for me. Wish Joey could go and see Robert Morris. That’s were we are going to look on 10/13

Attention Sophomores and Juniors: The PSAT/NMSQT will be offered at Daniel Boone Area High School on Wednesday, October 10th, in the morning. The cost to take the test is $18. Students can sign up and pay (Checks ONLY made out to DBAHS) in the Guidance Office from September 12th until September 24th.

The PSAT/NMSQT is a comprehensive assessment program that measures college readiness and provides students with the tools they need to start planning for the future. It is used by National Merit Scholarship Corporation as an initial screening of entrants in its annual competitions for recognition and college scholarships. The PSAT/NMSQT supports college and career planning. Students receive an interactive score report with answer explanations, their projected SAT score, and feedback on their readiness for 20+ AP® courses. They will also connect to resources that allow them to search for colleges and explore majors and careers.

If they took the test last year as a sophomore, should they consider taking it again this year, or is it just a one time thing?

We continue to experience delays with the implementation of our online payment system. As a result, parents who are interested in the optional device insurance for their student's iPad can send in payment via check to the high school.

Checks should be made payable to Daniel Boone Area School District. Please include your student's name and ID in the memo field of the check. The cost of the optional insurance is $35.00 (or $20.00 for free/reduced lunch participants).

Please send in checks by Friday, September 21, 2018.

Thank you and we apologize for the inconvenience.

So we send in a check for the iPad insurance

Are the kids allowed to put keyboard cases on their iPads or do they have to stay in the original case?

Thank you. I did send in a check last week with my daughter, Kristen DiNolfi. She said she turned in to her homeroom teacher, Mrs. Bloss. I do not see it's been cashed yet. Is there anyway to make sure you received it or are they waiting to cash in bulk. Thank you again. Mrs. DiNolfi

Thank you! I was just asking about this earlier!

Would love to attend dual enrollment but not possible with this being the same time as meet the teacher. Is there another time

Thanks! Would like to attend the financial aid and the dual enrollment, but won’t be able to attend both as they are at the same time on this single night. Will there be other sessions that evening or are there plans for these sessions to be repeated on another night?

What is Parent iPad institutie?
