Daniel Boone Middle School is located about 45 miles northwest of Philadelphia, along the southern border of Berks County. The middle school serves approximately 900 students in 6th, 7th and 8th grade. Facilities are provided for active learning experiences in the arts and related areas of study, science, environmental education, technology education, foreign language and consumer and family science. The middle school houses over 400 computer workstations with two computer labs for general computer instructions, three labs available for curriculum integration projects, and two labs to specifically support the Compass Learning initiative. |
