• Mr. Hurley is one of the longest-serving administrators in the Daniel Boone Area School District. He has served in a variety of capacities during his tenure which has stretched over 15 years. During this time, he was an Assistant Principal, Principal, Coordinator of Instructional Services, Assistant to the Superintendent, and Acting Superintendent-twice. Before coming to Daniel Boone Mr. Hurley taught computers, social studies, and tutored reading while serving as his building’s webmaster. Mr. Hurley completed his undergraduate work at Elizabethtown College, his Master’s from Millersville University, and his Administrative Certification is from Penn State University. Mr. Hurley is also a certified Reading Specialist. Prior to entering the field of education Mr. Hurley coached collegiate soccer.
