COLLECTIONS
We collect items that fund materials and programs for our students. We are also a participating school with the Boyer’s Market and collect Redner’s receipts and Box Tops. Please recycle your paper by utilizing our paper recycling bins in front of our school. All of these programs provide us with funding to support our school community.

This means each day, full day kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grade students participate in an encore subject: Library, Computer, Art, Music or Physical Education. Half day kindergarten students will have one physical education class per 5 day cycle.

KINDERGARTEN SWITCH DAYS
In an effort to balance out the number of instructional days for both AM and PM Kindergarten students, we have created a calendar of kindergarten switch days. This information can be found by clicking here.

You can deposit money into your child’s lunch account through the Lunch Pre Pay program, which can be accessed through the district website. You can also send a personal check in a sealed envelope with your child’s name and PIN number or teacher’s name to school for deposit into their account (Checks are recommended instead of cash). Packed lunches must be readily consumable, as we are not able to heat food brought from home.

PERSONAL INFORMATION CHANGES
Please inform us of address and home or cell telephone number changes. Please inform us when an employer name and/or employer phone number changes. In case of emergency, we need to know how to contact you throughout the school day. In order for the Connect Ed System to benefit your family to its fullest, you will need to keep your information current and updated.

SAFETY WITH SNACKS AND LUNCH
We are a peanut and egg safe school. Therefore, we have a snack procedure that requires parents to send in an individually wrapped peanut and egg safe snack (with ingredients listed for teacher review) if your child is eating a snack in the classroom. We have a controlled environment in our cafeteria that does, however, allow children to bring peanut and egg products for lunch. More detailed information will be shared at the start of school.
