On Sunday, October 26th, three Daniel Boone Area Middle School students — Hunter Bonis, Lucas Gross, and Nate Vernon — competed with the Colts Middle School Water Polo Team in the PA Middle School State Championship.
Together with their teammates, they brought home the State Championship title! 🎉💦

🎃 Our food service provider, The Nutrition Group, held a Pumpkin Decorating Contest for their staff which brought some serious creativity to our cafeterias! Each building’s cafeteria staff designed a themed pumpkin to be judged by TNG Food Services Manager, Alonza Price.

💡 Our 7th grade Technology and Engineering students put their creativity and problem-solving skills to the test with a real-world challenge — designing an invention to solve a local pollution problem!
Using the engineering design process, students researched, planned, built prototypes, and refined their inventions before presenting them to their peers.
👏 Congratulations to our winners!
