🎢 MEET OUR NEW BAND DIRECTOR! 🎢

Please help us give a big Boone welcome to Mr. Christopher Cropper, our new Band Director! πŸ’™πŸ©΅πŸ€

Mr. Cropper is a proud North Penn High School graduate and earned his undergraduate degree in Music Education with an Instrumental focus from West Chester University. He brings a wealth of experience to Boone, having taught at an all-boys Catholic school in Wilmington, Delaware; 6th grade General Music in Upper Darby; and elementary General Music, Band/Orchestra, and Choir in the Coatesville Area School District.

And we couldn't introduce Mr. Cropper without sharing a fun fact! 🐱 His cat's name is Kendrick β€” named after his favorite artist, Kendrick Lamar! 🎀

Mr. Cropper says he has a great group of kids this year and is already loving his time teaching at Boone! We’re pretty excited to have him here, too.

Welcome to the Boone family, Mr. Cropper! We can’t wait to see (and hear!) all that you and our musicians accomplish together! 🎺πŸ₯πŸŽ·πŸŽΆ

Every school day counts! Missing a day here and there may not seem like a big deal, but those absences can quickly add upβ€”and have a real impact on a student’s learning.

As our graphic shows, missing just 2 days a month can mean missing 20 days of school in a year. At 4 days a month, that number doubles to 40 days.

Regular attendance helps students stay connected to their teachers, classmates, lessons, and school community. πŸ’™

Let’s work together to make every school day count and help our Blazers build strong attendance habits for a successful school year!

Be here. Be ready. Be #BooneProud. 🩡🀍
