We worked hard over the summer to begin our PBIS program at DBAIC. This is the program in which students are rewarded for following our 4 school
wide rules….Be safe, positive, respectful and responsible. Tickets can be distributed by all DBAIC faculty members.
Today students had the opportunity to cash in tickets for the book machine, PTC school store, Donuts with Mr. Kevin, and/or Pizza with the Principal. Thank you everyone! Fun times!

Today we celebrated Mrs. Ashley Roth, as she is expecting her 2nd child in a few weeks! We are so excited for you!
Football Friday is also our staff theme of the day.

Our Blazer projects were a huge success! We learned about research, problem solving and how manage a long-term multi-step assignment.
We also learned number sense in real world applications. Students researched and compared building materials for skyscrapers, the number of bones in different animals, or seating capacities of various stadiums.
We then presented our projects to the class working on our public speaking and respectful audience skills. They were very proud of the things they created!!

Happy Friday! One of my favorite things during my tenure at DBAIC is coaching teachers and making everyone better everyday.
