💙 Blazers Give Back! 💙

Today, members of the DBAHS Student Government made the rounds to each building across the district to collect donations for our Giving Market — and the response from our Blazer community was incredible!

The Giving Market is a district-wide initiative that offers free non-perishable food, personal hygiene products, and other essential items to Boone families and community members — no registration, no cost, just support for those who need it.

Thanks to your donations, the shelves are stocked and ready to make a difference. We’re proud of our students for leading this effort and grateful to our entire community for stepping up!

📅 The schedule for the 2026 Giving Market will be announced soon.

💬 Interested in supporting the market? Reach out to Ashley Griffith, District Wellness Coordinator, or Lisa Kieke, Community Relations Specialist.

Together, we are building a culture of kindness, compassion, and community — one Blazer Moment at a time.

A group of high school students exit a school building with bright yellow-framed doors, smiling as they carry donations. One student in front holds a large Home Depot box, while another carries a Trader Joe’s paper bag. Others follow behind, some wearing festive accessories.
Four high school students load large boxes of donations onto a yellow school bus on a rainy day. One student lifts a box onto the bus while the others wait in line, standing near a brick school building with an American flag flying above.
High school students sit on a school bus with large donation boxes and grocery bags filled with items beside them. The students smile and relax after completing collection efforts, with festive holiday headbands and a rainy day visible through the windows.
A group of high school students stand inside a school lobby near the library, posing with smiles and large donation boxes. Behind them are signs displaying the “Blazer Rules” — Be Respectful, Be Positive, Be Responsible, Be Safe — and a vending machine labeled “Blazer.”
🌳✨ Wishes & Creativity in First Grade! ✨🌳

Students in Miss Puleo’s first grade classroom enjoyed listening to the story The Wish Tree. After the story, they put their creativity to work by creating artwork and writing their own secret wishes. 💭🎨

To Miss Puleo’s students—we hope all of your wishes come true! 💙

🦃💃 Turkey Trot Dance Party Fun! 🕺🎶

Students who followed the Primary Center school rules of being Peaceful, Aware, Wise, and Safe earned a special reward—a Turkey Trot Dance Party! Groups of students hit the dance floor while Mrs. Hefter kept the fun going with popular kids’ songs that had everyone moving and smiling.

We love celebrating positive choices! 🎉 PAWS rewards take place once per month, and this month’s reward is a fun sing-along with friends. Way to go, students—keep up the great work!

Happy Thanksgiving Day!
Thanks to the generous donations from our amazing DB community, we were able to provide 32 families with much-needed supplies for this Thanksgiving holiday.

In addition, our friends at St. Paul’s UCC Amity, St. Gabriel’s, St. Paul’s UCC Birdsboro, Christ UMC, St. Paul’s Lutheran, Immaculate Conception, and St. Mark’s provided gift cards to help families purchase groceries for the holiday.
