Angela Hohl Blood Drive It's in your blood to help save a life! Every year DBYEA holds a blood drive in memory of Angela Hohl. This is the 12th annual blood drive held in her memory. Angela Hohl was a student at Daniel Boone who passed away in 2003, shortly before her senior year. This year's drive yielded 369 donors and 376 units of blood. Tyler McGrann gets his iron levels checked. Nick Hunsicker and Audra Bishop volunteer at the drive. Brady Durnan helps out with the blood drive. 🏔️ Ski & Snowboard Fun at Bear Creek! 🏂🎿 On Friday, January 31, thirty members of the DBAHS Ski & Snowboard Club had an amazing day hitting the slopes at Bear Creek! ❄️⛷️ Not only did we enjoy some fantastic runs, but WXTU was broadcasting live from the mountain, and several of our students got the chance to be interviewed on the morning radio show! 🎤🎶 As if the day couldn’t get any better, Buckman’s Ski & Snowboard Shop held a raffle, and TWO of our own students walked away with prizes! 🎉 Kaitlyn Hilberg won a brand new pair of skis, and Sean Welch scored an awesome snowboard! 🏆🏂 Huge congratulations to Kaitlyn and Sean, and thanks to everyone who joined us for such a fun day on the slopes! ❄️👏 (Photo courtesy of Buckman’s Ski & Snowboard Shop) #DBSkiClub #BearCreekMountainResort #SkiDay #BuckmansSkiShop
