To get started, visit our home page at www.dboone.org and click on the Student Registration tab from your computer. Documents needed: Child's birth certificate (Passport, baptismal certificate, or notarized statement indicating date of birth also accepted) – REQUIRED at time of registration. A copy of the official immunization record signed by your doctor with the month, day, & year of each shot - REQUIRED at time of registration Your child will need a physical examination and dental check-up. The physical exam form needs to be completed at the five-year check-up. Proof of residency: Copy of deed, sales or lease agreement, utility bill, property tax bill, etc. - REQUIRED at time of registration If applicable, provide custody papers, special education documents (IEP, ER, RR, NORA), and legal documents. 🏆 Unified Bocce County Champs! 🏆 Team Boone is on fire! 🔥 They defeated Governor Mifflin Team 2 with a score of 7-2 in the semi-finals and then took down Governor Mifflin Team 1 with an impressive 10-2 in the County Championship match! 🎯💪 What a performance from this amazing team! 🏆 Both Boys AND Girls Bowling Teams advance to the County Championship today at Berks Lanes! 🎳 The boys took a strong lead in Game 1 yesterday and never looked back, showing confidence and consistency throughout the match. Led by Blake Jeitles with a school-record 827 series and Johnny Hartline with a 692 series, they were unstoppable! 🙌 They’ll face off against Exeter today. The girls came out strong, taking the lead in Game 1 against a tough Exeter team. Their highest scores of the season came in Games 1 and 2, and despite multiple lead changes, they sealed the victory in the 10th frame of Game 3! 💪 Emma Elgonitis led the charge with a stellar 643 series.
