Student Registration

Congratulations on your choice to move to the Daniel Boone Area School District! You are now a member of the Blazer Nation.

Only a natural parent or court-appointed guardian living in the school district and at the same residence as the student may register a student. Parents/guardians are legally obligated to provide accurate information during the registration process.

For your convenience, student registration takes place entirely online! All new student registrations and returning students from another school district must register using the link below. 

Please note: the online registration system should be accessed from a desktop or laptop computer, not a mobile device such as a smartphone.

Registration Document Checklist

You will need to upload the following items:

  • Your child’s birth certificate

  • The latest immunization record for your student

  • Proof of residency

    • Examples: mortgage statement, property tax bill, lease agreement, or utility bill.

    • If a student and/or family are living with friends or relatives, a notarized statement listing the occupants of the household (including the student/family), signed and dated by the owner of the property is required.

  • School records

    • Last report card and unofficial transcript (unofficial for transcript high school students)

Additional documents you may be asked to provide, but are not required for all students:

  • Custody paperwork

  • Court documentation

  • Special Education paperwork
