Visitor Procedures

In an effort to ensure the safety and security of our students and staff and keep uniformity in our schools, the following visitor procedures have been established in addition to the already established Daniel Boone Area School District Board Policy 907:

  • All Daniel Boone Area School District schools utilize the Raptor V6 Visitor Management System.

  • When visitors, volunteers or contractors check-in, they will be asked to present a valid state-issued ID for entering into the system. This will usually be a driver's license. The system has the ability to provide alerts on people who may jeopardize the safety of the campus. 

  • Visitors will be provided a visitor's badge that will have their name, photo, and destination printed on the badge. 

  • Visitors must return the badge upon exiting the building.
