The Daniel Boone Area School District (the “District”) is issuing a Request For Proposals (RFP) for a Guaranteed Energy Savings Contract. Mechanical HVAC-related scope (including heat pumps, rooftop units, pumps, hot water systems, and related equipment) must be integrated with the Trane Tracer Building Automation System (BAS).
All new systems must be added to the District-wide Trane service agreement to support ongoing intelligent analytics, monitoring, and performance consultation.
