Seventy years ago today, our story officially began.
On this date in 1956, the agreement was signed establishing the Daniel Boone Joint School System — the foundation of what is now the Daniel Boone Area School District.
What began as a shared commitment between communities has grown into seven decades of learning, leadership, tradition, and Blazer pride.
To celebrate this milestone, we’ve launched a dedicated 70th Anniversary page on our website highlighting our history. Throughout the coming year, we’ll continue adding spotlights, historic highlights, and stories that define who we are.
