Next week is Spirit Week at Daniel Boone Area School District, and we're excited to show our support of our Unified Sports programs! These programs provide amazing opportunities for students of all abilities to come together and compete in sports like Track & Field and Bocce Ball. 🏃♂️🤾♀️

We’re thrilled to invite all middle school students and their parents/caregivers to join us for a special workshop designed to empower and celebrate our students as they grow!
🎯 Goals for This Workshop:
Understanding Growth: Nina Glover CRNP APRN FNP-C, a Family Nurse Practitioner with 14+ years of experience, will guide us through the amazing changes our bodies go through as we mature.
Mental Health & Periods: Colleen Falcone RN BSN (Middle School Nurse) and Ashley Griffith CST (Wellness Coordinator) will dive into how our periods can affect our mental health and share tips for managing symptoms.
Personal Stories & Support: Hannah Ochis (Speech Language Pathologist) and Jennifer Barney will share personal stories to inspire confidence and understanding.
Anonymous Q&A: We’ll provide a safe space for you and your student(s) to ask questions anonymously.

🌟 DBAMS Teacher's Sunshine Committee is teaming up with Reading's Hope Rescue Mission for a Food Drive! 🌟
We are hoping our DBAMS Community can come together to help those in need! 🙌 All students and staff are invited to participate in this wonderful opportunity to make a difference.
The Hope Rescue Mission serves a census of 220 men and recently opened a center for women and children. They provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner 365 days a year, which is a massive undertaking! Right now, they are looking to restock breakfast food items for the spring.
